At BambooThread, we want you to love your sustainable fashion; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid sustainable shipping label will be sent to your email for you to print at home.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Place your items back in the original eco-friendly packaging and attach the prepaid label securely to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
